333 has been set-up to serve as the single contact point for the citizens to access information about government offices and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will also allow citizens to lodge complaints or provide feedback on the level of public services availed by individual citizens.
Incidents of fraudulent activities in the society may also be reported to 333 for amicable resolution. In this context, 333 will also serve as the window for citizen’s grievance redressal. Concerned authority will be notified of the complaints as soon as they are recorded at 333 for further action.
