How To Activate Robi Roaming

To Activate Robi Roaming:

• Fill up the form (Prepaid or Postpaid)

Arrange the required documents:

• Cardholder or/and Roamer’s passport copy of first two pages (if Roamer and credit/debit card holder are different)
• Scanned copy of “Dollar endorsement page”
• For corporate customers: Customer needs to fill up Authorization for Corporate/Organization subscriber portion of the IR subscription form, ensuring KAM/ERM is aligned

Submit documents:

• Email scan copies of the documents to myroaming@robi.com.bd or visit nearest Robi Sheba

Security deposit:

• USD 1 will be charged in absence of endorsement which will be updated against roaming account as advance payment.
• Default minimum security deposit for international roaming will be Tk5,000. Credit limit will be equal to the security deposit amount.
• Robi Platinum & Platinum ACE customers will enjoy the zero deposit facility for international roaming. Default credit limit will be zero. So, in order to use roaming service and purchase packs, customers need to make advance payment minimum of $10 or the package price+taxes amount. Advanced payment will reflect as available credit limit.
• For prepaid, minimum recharge amount will be $10 or the package price+Taxes.
• Package-wise minimum bill payment/recharge amount will be as per the below table.
