- Validity of bundle will start from 1st usage in roaming network.
- 60 seconds pulse is applicable. Additional 15% Supplementary Duty (SD), 15% VAT on tariff inclusive of SD, and 1% surcharge on base tariff will be applicable will be added with the offer price.
- You can purchase bundles multiple times.
- For Hajj Combo Bundle, out of the 300 Minutes – 100 Minutes can be used to call any BD number, 100 Minutes to Saudi number and 100 mins receive any incoming calls.
- For Hajj 1.5GB Internet Bundle, after the usage of 1.5 GB, if you do not purchase any other plan data charge will be BDT 1/MB.
- For Hajj Voice & SMS Bundle, 100 Minutes can be used to call any BD or Saudi number and receive any incoming calls
- After consumption of 1 GB internet daily, data browsing speed will be throttled to 256 KBPS till 12 AM BD time for that day.
- After consumption of free minutes and for data only packs, voice & SMS rate will be charged in special rates mentioned below:

- Separate charges may incur if customer uses roaming service in transit destination.
- Data synchronization on smartphones might incur unwanted costs. If you do not wish to use roaming service, please turn off the data roaming option.
- If you do not wish to continue the bundle, please turn off the cellular/mobile data, turn off data roaming and dial *123*8*2*15# to migrate to base plan, where you will be charged on usage basis only.
- Any International calls (3rd Country except BD & the destination country) may result in significantly higher charges.

- For seamless connectivity in roaming, please ensure data roaming & mobile data is turned on and APN settings are correct (APN: INTERNET). In case of dual sim device, make sure correct sim card is selected.
- If network does not latch automatically, restart the device, and then please select the preferred network manually from your device’s network settings.
- In case of outgoing call problems, please dial any numbers with correct country code. In case of call to Bangladesh, please dial in +880 or 00880 format.
