Robi ACE gives you the simplicity in life even at conditions

1. All of your remaining balances will be carried forwarded with 30 days validity (max validity). Multiple minutes bundles unused balances will be accumulated and migrated with 30 days validity. Similarly, SMS unused bonus/balances will be migrated. In case of data balance, all of your balances (4G, OTT, App specific (i.e. Facebook/YouTube) balance), will be accumulated as any use volume and migrated with 30days (max) validity.

2. To avail 5% monthly bill discount, customer must enable auto debit feature through credit/debit/ATM card. Customer must apply through any WIC to avail the discount facility. The due bill will be automatically deducted from the card.

3. You must carry your own SIM card along with if you visit customer care for migration. To find the nearest WIC/Robi Customer care location please dial *123*8*4# or visit www.robi.com.bd/en/personal/store-locator

4. You must have at least 100 Tk available balance in your Prepaid SIM to be able to migrate to Robi ACE.

5. The SIM must be carried along when customer may want to migrate to Robi ACE. The connection must be cleared from all emergency/Jhotpot balance dues in order to be eligible for migration. Also, BTRC/VoIP barred number cannot be migrated to Robi ACE.

6. Your roaming status will be lost and balance may be forfeited, please consult with Robi Customer Care center manager for next way forward to activate the service again.

7. In order to complete the migration process, customer must provide the One Time Password (OTP) to the customer care agent, otherwise migration will not be successful

8. It may take up to 10 minutes to be able to use the services but in most cases, it can be used immediately.

9. All the charges mentioned above are subject to15% Supplementary Duty (SD), 15 % VAT on tariff inclusive of SD and 1% surcharge on base tariff

1. What is Prepaid to Robi ACE (Postpaid) Migration?

- Prepaid customers migrating themselves/their connection to Postpaid Connection Type.

2. How can I complete my migration?

- Just dial *123*700# or visit your nearest customer care center.

3. What is the migration process throug USSD?

- Dial *123*700#, you will find three menu to choose from:

      a. Check eligibility on the first option (*123*700*1#)

      b. Initiate migration process if you are eligible (you will be able to view all of your remaining balances and the offer you will get after migration)

      c. You must verify your OTP in order to complete the migration

4. What is the migration process from Customer Care?

      a. Carry the SIM along with you

      b. Clear all Jhotpot/Emergency balance dues

      c. Provide OTP when requested by the customer service agent

      d. You can add additional security deposit to increase your usage limit

      e. Voila! You are Robi ACE customer now

5. How to check balance after migration?

- Balance checking modality will remain same as was in prepaid. For minute: *222*2#, for SMS *222*12# and for Internet balance *3#.

6. Can i migrate if i have emergency balance?

- Customer having emergency balance cannot migrate to Robi ACE (postpaid) immediately. Upon clearing Jhotpot dues you can migrate, but it may take upto 10 minutes after clearing off the Jhotpot balance dues.

7. What if i have roaming status, will I get it automatically?

- Your roaming account will be lost and remaining IR balance will be forfeited, you need to create the account again. To enable roaming from Robi ACE, you need to activate from MyRobi App, visiting their nearest WIC or other channels as mentioned in sources.

8. Can barred (BTRC/Other barring) customer migrate?

- No, regulatory barred or other barring number can not migrate to Robi ACE (postpaid).

9. I do not have SIM card with me, can i migrate?

- You must carry the SIM card along with you to complete the migration process. An OTP will be sent through SMS before completing the migration. The OTP will work as your final consent to initiate the migration.

10. Can i use the SIM right after the migration?

- It may take up to 10 minutes to be able to use the services but in most cases it can be used immediately.

11. I am seeing lucrative benefits in prepaid, can I still get the same in Postpaid?

- Yes, Migrated customer will be able to enjoy all the benefits as offered in prepaid.

12. Can a customer migrate back to prepaid?

- No, right now customer cannot migrate back to prepaid connection type till further notice.

13. How can i migrate without visiting the WIC/Customer care physically?

- Right now, you cannot migrate through self access channel, but we are working to bring the services.

14. Can i enjoy similar offers as being in prepaid?

- Yes, customer can still enjoy all of prepaid offers (Voice/Data/Combo bundles/VAS/Roaming) after migrating to postpaid.

15. I have a child account under Family Account, what happens to my (parent) account and the child account?

- Any family pack subscribed customer migrating to postpaid will lose their connection with child/parent account. Though they will get all their remaining balance migrated, they will no longer be FamiPack user. They have to purchase that again and assign member.

16. I have an auto renew bundle, what happens to that?

- Any auto renew bundle will be unsubscribed right after migration. However, remaining volumes will be provisioned with 30 days’ validity.

17. My FamilyPack child number has been migrated to Postpaid, they did not get the minutes balance but got remaining data balance, why?

- Any family pack child number migrating to postpaid will get their remaining data volume, however, they will not get their voice limit. The parent account must tag the number again to be in familypack child member.
