Can I buy these bundles trough MFS/bKash/through using Card? - Yes, you can buy these from MyRobi and Robi website using your bkash, card or any other supported MFS in respective platform.
How many times can I purchase the bundle? - You can buy non-renewal packs through dialing USSD code/ My Robi App as many times as you want, resources (voice, data and sms) will be accumulated with validity of latest purchase. However, if you buy any of the packs with auto-renewal you cannot buy any other bundle with auto-renewal.
If I purchase multiple ACE bundles at the same time, will the values be accumulated? - Yes, values will be accumulated.
What if I don’t have enough balance on renewal date? - Your renewal will fail if you don’t have enough balance on renewal date. But system will keep trying to deduct the balance every six hours until renewal succeed. Validity of your new voice & SMS will be given as per original cycle. Data validity will be given as 30 days from renewal success date. You need to keep sufficient balance on your account in order to have smooth experience.
After consumption of the ACE bundles what will happen to my regular call rate/data/sms? - After consumption/expiry of the bundle minutes, SMS and data; regular package wise tariff and pulse will be applicable. Upon expiry of data quota you will require to buy data bundle/pack.
Can I buy auto renewal pack for ACE Bundles? - Yes, you have liberty to choose auto-renew or non-auto renewal purchase. You will find to choose option from USSD Menu or My Robi app.
How can I check my remaining balance? - To check voice balance dial *222*2# or *222*8#, For SMS check dial *222*12# and to check data balance dial *3#. You can also check balance from My Robi App.
What if I don’t have enough usable limit for auto-renewal packs? - After expiration of your resources (voice and sms) you can consume from your credit limit/security deposit, until credit limit/security deposit being exhausted. For data/internet, you can buy data/internet packs from MyRobi or you can explore options dialing *4#
Unused balance will be carried forwarded if I buy non-renewal packs before expiry of previous pack? - Yes, all of your unused voice, data and sms will be carried forwarded or validity of unused voice, data and SMS balance will be extended along with new balance.
Shall I get new validity if auto-renewal is delayed due to unavailable limit? - Yes, upon successful auto-renewal - your unused resources will be accumulated.
I am not able to browse even though I have data balance, why? - There are couple of reason why you might not be able to use your internet/data packs: - You SIM is 4G supported but your device may not support 4G - You may not under 4G coverage area - You may have been using your SIM in 2nd SIM slot in your device - You may have kept turned off your data connectivity - Your internet setting may not be installed properly - You can retry upon restarting your handset
Can corporate customers buy these packs? - Yes, corporate customer can buy all of above packs depending on the contracts with respective corporate house.
Can I use bundle minutes/bonuses to short codes dialing? - No, Bundle minute/bonus minute are by default not for short codes, hence customer dialing to short codes (i.e. to bank, IP number etc) will not be charged from bundle/bonus minutes.
