    Eligibility criteria

    • Must be Bangladeshi National
    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • Proof of age, identity, and eligibility of participant must be furnished to Robi upon request (national ID, Passport, etc.)

    1) Participants will find the links to AR Filter below:

    2) Participants will simply have to search for the filter on Facebook and Instagram and take a picture with it.

    3) Participants will get a chance to be featured in Robi’s social media pages.

    4) The participant must certify and warrant that the idea does not violate the rights of a third party or any copyright. Robi shall not be responsible for any intellectual property violations that might have resulted through the submissions of ideas.

    5) By uploading or submitting any photo to the contest, each Participant and Participant’s legal guardian grants Robi the unfettered right and discretion to use such content and also if required featuring the winners for activities in all media, including but not limited to social media, digital platforms, non-digital platforms, online and print, in relation to the campaign and all promotional activities without any remuneration being due to such Participants.

    6) The Campaign shall continue till 19th November 2023.

    7) Prohibited submissions

    • Anything which violates any prevailing laws and constitution of the country
    • Anything which infringes and/or violates the intellectually property rights of any third parties
    • Any kind of propaganda or campaign against liberation war, spirit of liberation war, father of the nation, national anthem or national flag
    • offensive, false or threatening idea(s) or any content used and related to the idea(s) which may annoy, insult, humiliate or malign any person
    • Anything which hurts the religious values or sentiment
    • Any kind of defamatory information
    • Anything which creates enmity, hatred or hostility among different classes or communities of the society, or destroys communal harmony, or creates unrest or disorder, or deteriorates or advances to deteriorate the law-and-order situation
    • Hate/discriminatory/derogatory/vulgar speech/content used in the idea submitted of any kind
    • Any political ideas or statements
    • Robi reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reject or disqualify any submission without assigning any reason whatsoever, if Robi, in its sole opinion, is of the view that such submission is in contravention of this campaign, or in conflict with any laws/regulations/guidelines/directives/policies, and/or against social norms.

    Representations

    Each content submitted, in its entirety, must be an original work of the Participant. By participating in this campaign, the Participant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that he or she has full power and authority to put the content in the Contest and that any content does not infringe any copyright or violate any other intellectual property rights. The Participant agrees to indemnify Robi from any and all third-party claims arising from any content related to it submitted by him or her.

    Acceptance of Rules, Terms and Conditions

    By submitting any content, each Participant will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions and rules detailed in this document and Robi reserves the right to exclude any entry from the Contest at any time and in its absolute discretion if Robi has reason to believe that an Participant has breached any terms and conditions, acted in violation of any laws, and/or acted fraudulently in any way or brings Robi into disrepute.

    Reserved Rights

    Robi reserves the right to cancel the campaign or alter any of the rules at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and/or if circumstances arise outside of its control.

    Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject matter of the campaign, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Laws of Bangladesh

    The Courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the conditions or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
