Robi upgrades contact center with gPlex® solution

Dhaka, 17 October 2018: The leading digital services provider of the country, Robi, has recently deployed gPlex® solution to power its contact centers. gPlex® Contact Center system is a software service product from the USA; the technology that powers the system is pending patenting process.

Under a recently signed agreement between Robi and Genuity System Ltd.- a Bangladeshi technology company will provide gPlex® Contact Center solution based managed services to Robi for five years.

This state-of-the-art software solution is expected to raise the level of efficiency in handling customer queries. It focuses on providing customized solutions to its clients based on latest digital technology. Adopting this solution also demonstrates Robi’s unwavering commitment to digitalize the company.

In order to celebrate the partnership with Robi, gPlex® arranged an exposure session at the capital’s Four Points Sheraton Hotel today. Robi’s Managing Director & CEO, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed, President of Genusys Inc. Dr. Habib Rahman, the parent company of Genuity systems, other high officials from Robi and Genuity were present on the occasion.

Although, primarily marketed in North America, gPlex® Contact Center based solutions are being used by several banks, financial institutions, and a few large companies in Bangladesh since 2008. The growing popularity of gPlex® in Bangladesh’s corporate sector is down to the swift support services provided by the Genuity systems.
