Open to all individuals and teams residing in Bangladesh.

Team Size

Teams must have exactly 3 members.

Privacy First

Only the Team Captain's email and phone number are collected. We practise what we preach.

Deadline

Registration closes 21 September 2026 at 23:59 BST. No late entries accepted.

Integrity

Plagiarism or unauthorised assistance during tasks leads to immediate disqualification.

Format

All submissions must address the provided case-study brief within the specified format and word limit.

Everything you need to know before registering your team.

Any university student or individual residing in Bangladesh is eligible to participate. There are no restrictions on field of study — we welcome students from all disciplines.
Teams must consist of exactly 3 members. Solo or duo participation is not permitted. All team members should ideally be from the same institution or organisation, though this is not a strict requirement.
In keeping with our Privacy First values, we only collect the Team Captain's name, email address, and phone number, institution name — strictly for competition management. Team member names are collected for competition records only. We do not share your data with third parties.
The total prize pool is ৳500,000 BDT. Distribution details across winning teams will be announced at the beginning of the Grand Finale event. All top-performing teams will also receive certificates and recognition from Robi Axiata PLC.
No — participation in Robi Privacy First is completely free of charge. This is an open national initiative, and we want financial barriers to be zero.
The competition is a case-study challenge. After registration closes on 21 September, the case study brief will be sent to all registered teams via email on 22 September. Teams must submit their solutions by 24 September. The top 20 teams will be announced on 1 October, and those shortlisted teams will advance round 2, Top 10 teams from round 2 will advance to Grand Pitch Day on October 13, followed by the Award Ceremony on October 15.
Registration closes on September 21, 2026 at 23:59 BST. Late entries will not be accepted, so we encourage all interested teams to register early.
The case study brief will be sent to all registered participants via email on 22 September 2026. Please ensure the Team Captain's email address is correct at the time of registration.
All teams must submit their case study solutions by 24 September 2026 at 23:59 BST. Late submissions will not be considered.
The top 20 qualifying teams will be announced on 1 October 2026. These teams will then proceed to Round two.
