iflix is a leading subscription video-on-demand service focused on emerging markets, and launched in Bangladesh in 2017. You can enjoy unlimited access to iflix’s vast library of thousands of first-run exclusive shows, award-winning TV series, Bangla drama and movies, Korean dramas and many more.

Robi and Airtel Prepaid and Postpaid customers can subscribe to be iflix VIP users, and enjoy exclusive Western and Local contents. You can simply subscribe to the daily, weekly or monthly plans via Iflix App and enjoy the exclusive access.

Service details

  • You need to first download the iflix App from Google Playstore or IOS App Store. Download link for iflix App: https://iflix.onelink.me/QRBE/iflixbd. Alternatively, you can visit m.iflix.com via the mobile web browser.
  • You need to sign up with a new account, and verify the banner that appears automatically.
  • If you are on wifi network while signing up for a new account, you will only get 14 days trial, which is applicable for all users. You can enjoy 30 days trial if you sign in again to the account under Robi Data network.
  • If you are on Robi Data network while signing up for a new iflix account, you will enjoy 30 days free VIP trial.
  • During the 30 days trial period, you can enjoy all the VIP contents for free without any charge. After the 30 days trial is over, you will be shifted to Free tier, and needs to buy any of the subscription plans to access VIP contents.
  • During the 30 days trial period, if you buy any of the subscription plan, the duration will be extended beyond 30 days, and you will be charged only after the 30 days trial is over (and the confirmation SMS will come after 30 days). It is advisable to buy a subscription plan only after the 30 days trial period is over.
  • To buy any of the subscription plan, you need to click on “VIP Plans” and avail any of the below subscription plan to enjoy unlimited exclusive access:

  • Upon successful subscription, you will get a Congratulations Pop-Up on the iflix App and will get a Confirmation SMS from iflix (within 1 hour of successful subscription).
  • You can unsubscribe from the current plan by visiting My Plans on the iflix App and click on cancel recurring. You will still be able to enjoy the rest of the subscription duration as a VIP user.
  • You can re-subscribe again to any of the subscription plans.
  • If you are unable to subscribe to any of the plans, you are requested to retry again after 5/6 hours.
  • If you are unable to unsubscribe to any of the plans, you are requested to contact customer care or send an email to support+bd@iflix.com.
  • The necessary support from iflix will be provided during working days from 9am – 6pm.

  • What is the overall modality to be an iflix VIP user?
    - To be an iflix VIP user, simply download the iflix app from Google Playstore or Apple IOS store. Sign up to a new account using your email or mobile number and subscribe to any of subscription plans.
  • What are the subscription plans?
    - The Regular subscription plans are:
    Daily Plan – BDT 12.17 (Validity 1 Day)
    Weekly Plan – BDT 36.52 (Validity 7 Days)
    Monthly Plan – BDT 121.74 (Validity 30 Days)
  • Is it a one-time charge or is it monthly recurring?
    - After subscribing, the chosen plan is a renewable subscription cycle which can be viewed in My Plan section.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    - Any user can cancel the subscription anytime by simply going to My Plan section and clicking on cancel recurring.
  • How will I know whether I am being charged?
    - Upon subscribing to a new plan, you will get a confirmation popup within the app and a SMS regarding the confirmation and the amount being deducted.
  • Can I cancel my subscription and subscribe again?
    - If you cancel your subscription, you can subscribe again anytime.
  • How much data will be deducted every time I watch a video?
    - Whenever you watch any content from Robi network, your data will be deducted according to the duration of the video. While watching from mobile network, the videos are compressed significantly to ensure minimum data charge.
  • What are the sort of contents available on iflix ?
    - iflix has exclusive dramas, movies, TV series and LIVE TV Channels that anyone can enjoy. This includes popular Western films and series, as well as local movies, TV shows.
  • Can I watch via Wi-Fi?
    - You can enjoy the contents via Wifi.
