Robi MyHealth now available in mobile app

Dhaka, 15 January, 2019: Robi and MILVIK’s popular mobile based health insurance brand, MyHealth, is now available as mobile application. The app allows easy access to quality health care services for both its free and paid subscribers. The app can be downloaded from Google Play Store (

A MyHealth subscriber can have unlimited doctor consultations 24X7 through phone or chat with any of the platform’s registered medical practitioners for their whole family. It also allows the user to include their spouse and children in the subscription plan at no additional cost.

The app features popular health-related questions and answers provided by the panel of medical practitioners on topics such as men’s or women’s health, child healthcare, sickness, fitness and nutrition, mental health, pregnancy counselling, chronic diseases, infections The app also allows all users to locate their nearest hospitals pharmacies, diagnostic centres and access their contact details.

Users can subscribe to MyHealth pack by dialing MyHealth’s hotline number 21216 (regular call charge applicable). Subscription service fee is 2.44 taka (Including VAT, Supplementary Duty and Surcharge) per day.

In order to receive the hospital cashback facility, the user needs to be a MyHealth family/combo pack subscriber. For only 73.05 taka (Including VAT, Supplementary Duty and Surcharge) per month, subscribers of this service can receive hospitalization cashback of up to 30 thousand taka in a year in case they get hospitalized. The hospital admission cashback is offered through Protective Islami Life Insurance.
