Dhaka, 9 October 2018: The leading digital services provider of the country, Robi, has been awarded International Standards Certification ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management System by the highly reputed International ISO certification body, Intertek Bangladesh.
Robi is the first telecom company in Bangladesh to achieve this prestigious certificate.
Intertek Bangladesh, Country Managing Director, Sandeep Das handed over the ISO 9001:2015 certificate to Robi’s Managing Director and CEO, Mahtab Uddin Ahmed recently at the Robi corporate office in Gulshan, Dhaka.
Robi’s Chief Financial officer, Roni Tohme, Vice President, Corporate Process Improvement & Compliance (CPIC), Mohammad Sultan Mahmud and other officials from Robi CPIC were also present on the occasion.
Achieving this coveted certification attests that Robi has successfully implemented a quality management system in which all processes and procedures have been carefully designed and quality-tested according to international standards. Robi has been consistently maintaining this standard for the last 10 years.
