Airtel launches QR code based campaign for the first time in Bangladesh

Dhaka, 23 January 2018: #1 network of friends, airtel has launched the first ever QR code based campaign of the country. The campaign takes the concept of customer centric service to a whole new level. It enables airtel users to find out airtel’s products and services that are best suited for his/ her usage pattern (Voice/ Data).

airtel users just need to scan the QR code using their mobile device and the airtel Tong platform at the back-end will instantaneously suggest the product and service available with airtel at the moment for that particular user. This innovative QR code will be made available throughout the country through different communication media to ensure that the airtel customers gets easy access to it.

The most popular and accessible mode is to use the scanner in Facebook. A lot of devices like iphone and some android phones have a scanner built into their cameras. So, one just needs to aim the camera at the QR code to find out the offer for them. Users can always download the scanner app from Appstore or Playstore.
