  • Customer will not be eligible for the campaign if Customer’s maximum recharged amount is less than BDT 100, even if the cumulative recharge for the whole day exceeds or equals BDT 100.
  • On first arrival basis, every 300,000th customer who recharges the above-mentioned minimum amount, will be rewarded with iPhone 16.
  • Only recipients who will receive the recharge directly into their main account balance will be eligible for the campaign. Recharging eligible amount in other numbers will not make the sender number eligible for the campaign.

  • Robi Employees and Officials will not be eligible for this campaign.
  • Robi will never ask customers to transfer funds, share personal information, or provide any personal belongings to claim rewards. For your security, please disregard any requests of this nature and report any suspicious activity immediately.
  • Robi reserves the sole discretion and right in selecting winners and determining rewards in the Campaign and declare the name of the winner through Robi Hotline Number and Robi Official Page, and My Robi App and this selection from Robi shall be final and conclusive.
  • The winner will be handed over the reward within 15 days from the winner announcement date. Winner will be notified through Robi Hotline Number.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or if the winner does not respond within the stipulated time of 24 Hours, Robi reserves the right and discretion to withdraw the prize from the winner and offer the same to another person who Robi deems fit and proper. Any such approach from Robi shall be considered as final and conclusive.

If I recharge less than BDT 100, will I be eligible for the campaign even if my cumulative recharge is higher or equal to BDT 50?

If Customer’s maximum recharged amount is less than BDT 100, but total cumulative recharge for the whole day exceeds or equals BDT 100, they will not be eligible for the campaign.

If I recharge the offer to other number, will I eligible for the campaign?

Only recipients who will receive the recharge directly into their main account balance will be eligible for the campaign. Recharging eligible amount in other numbers will not make the sender number eligible for the campaign.

What if customer asks what is their serial number of recharge as per the campaign?

Which type of recharges are applicable?

Any kind of recharges from all channels of 100 or more are applicable for campaign eligibility.

Will all winner customers (iPhone 16, upgrade next loyalty category, Rate cutter) will get winner Call / SMS?

Only iPhone 16 Winners will receive the call, rest will be notified via SMS.
