What you get?

Now there is no need to worry if your mobile is switched off or out of network. Robi Missed Call Alert (MCA) will get all incoming call details send to you through SMS after turning your set on. Just like a personal assistant, MCA will track all your missed calls. Through Robi Missed Call Alert Service, Robi users will be notified about all the missed calls (i.e. calls attempted but unsuccessful) when the called party (user) was not reachable (switched off or out of coverage or busy).

Or, you can also register through Robi Easy Menu. Just dial *140*2*1# and select “Register”

To cancel the service
Step 1: Go to message option of your handset
Step 2: Type off
Step 3: Send to SMS to 8272.

Note:
Standard SMS charge will be applicable sending request to 8272

Upon activation of Robi Missed Call Alert, the call forwarding/ diverting options for the subscriber's mobile will be automatically selected to 8272.

While subscribed to the Robi Missed Call Alert, if any subscriber cancels the call forwarding/ diverting option or changes the number (8272), s/he has to manually reactivate the option from her/ his handset settings to get the service again. In this case, subscriber will not be charged additional fee, provided that s/he is within subscription period.

While subscribed to Robi Missed Call Alert service, there may be different Call Diverting/ Forwarding notifications on the mobile phone screens incase of outgoing calls, depending on the handsets. This is a regular notification. Nothing is required to do & please do not change your handset's Call Diverting/ Forwarding settings.
