Robi Voice Chat Service is a new mode of communication where someone can quickly have a real-time conversation to span the network of friends. This service will enable Robi subscribers to meet new people as well as having fruitful conversations on various topics in their own language just by dialing 2828. Now all Robi subscribers can update their status by their own voice, listen friends’ status update, like friends’ status & comment on friends’ status & their own status through this popular service

Service Details:

• It allows users to find new people to make friends the way they want to reveal themselves.
  
• Each individual customer can create his/her own profiles and will be given a chat ID, which can be used to get in touch directly with the friend anytime someone wants to without revealing their own mobile number.
  
• Customer profiles can be classified based on age & gender;
  
• The customers are allowed to edit / modify their own profiles whenever they wish.
  
• The chat ID must be within 8 characters;
  
• If a user wants to avoid any other particular user, he/she can block that specific chat ID by following instructions.
  
• User can update his/her status anytime and the members of buddy list will be notified by SMS regarding the status update.
  
• Buddy listed members can listen friend’s status and can also give comments and like on the status.
  
• Customers can join a multi-party chat room which can be pre-defined (e.g. chat room on Religion, Bangladesh, Robi, love story, film gossiping, buy & sell, couple chatting, music lovers chat room, sports etc);
  
• Customers can also create their chat-rooms as per their own requirements.
  
• Every chat room will allow maximum 10 persons at a time to avoid unnecessary noise.
  
• Once a chat-room is found as full, then customers will be given an option to choose another Chat-room.
• Off-line customers will be able to get notification SMS (e.g. update of friends in “Friend List”).
