Purchasing New Connections

You can purchase Robi connections from any of Robi Customer Care Centers or authorized dealers / Robi Sheba Points.

Documents required:

• Duly filled in new Registration Form with customer’s signature

• 1 attested copies of recent passport-size color photographs

• National ID card (NID) is must

• If s/he doesn’t have the National ID card in his/her own name, then s/he has to take the new connection in the name of his/her parents who has NID card.

• No other ID card is accepted other than National ID card.

• Must provide the National Voter ID card number of second contact person.

• Only for Foreigners passport can be considered as valid ID.
