Know your Bill Information
Web Bill –View your last 3 months bills through the internet anywhere, anytime
E-Bill - Receive your monthly bill through email
SMS - Send SMS to 8PST (8778) and receive the detail for FREE
Bil – the amount of your last bill
Ubl – your updated usage amount after your last bill;
Bal – the difference between your total billed amount and paid amount.
USSD - Just dial *140*4# and browse FREE of cost
Customer Care Center- Visit your nearest Customer Care Centers to know the detail bill information
Pay Your Bill
Scratch Card – Use regular Robi Pre-Paid scratch cards or easy load to pay your bill
Simply follow the steps below:
Auto Debit – Pay your bill through credit card
Any customer with a valid credit card (MasterCard or Visa) can authorize Robi to adjust their bill to avoid getting barred and enjoy hassle free payment.
Visit any of our Customer Care Centre with the following required documents
*Ownership document
*Valid Credit Card (Photocopy – to be verified on submission)
Fill up the following forms
*Standing instruction Form - duly signed and filled up
*Auto-Debit instruction Form - duly signed and filled up
Or you can download the forms, print, fill in the instruction and send to any of our Customer Care Centre through any representative.
Easy load – Pay your bill from your nearest “Easy Load” point
With EasyLoad no PIN is required for any prepaid recharge or postpaid bill payment. Form your any nearest Easy Load center you can pay your postpaid bills.
Note: refill facility of your account will be temporarily barred following three consecutive wrong attempts in refilling the card.
Bank – Pay your bill to any of our authorized Banks
Customer Care Center - You can pay your bills to your nearest Robi customer care centers
Increase security deposit
Deposit through SMS
Increase your postpaid security deposit through SMS to enjoy extended credit limit!
Or
You can visit your nearest Robi Customer Care Center to add secutity deposit.

To view your bills follow the steps below

Select preferred month to view bill statement for that month

Enter mobile number and password

Click on the “Ebill Registration” button and enter up to 2 email addresses

Confirm by clicking the “Register in Ebill Service” button

Go to message option of your handset

Type “bil”, ubl”, or “bal” and send to 8PST (8778)
