· Dial *8999*1# for migration to Robi Prepaid SIMPLE Tariff Plan
· Dial *8999*2# for migration to Robi Prepaid SHASROYEE Tariff Plan
· Dial *8999*3# for migration to Robi Prepaid SHOROL Tariff Plan
· Dial *8999*5# for migration to Robi Prepaid EK SECOND Tariff Plan
& then follow the instruction and get migrated INSTANTLY…
· General Charge for tariff plan change - BDT 2.00 (15% VAT applicable), charge will be deducted after migration
· Migration condition: Twice in every 15 days
· Tariff plan will be changed Instantly
· Notification will be sent upon successful change of tariff plan
· If dial for changing to existing tariff plan following message will be shown- Your message was not understood
Example of Migration Process:
From Prepaid NORMAL tariff plan to SIMPLE tariff plan -
- Dial *8999*1# and then send,
- Subscribers will get the following reply: Change from Normal to Simple, general charge TK.2.30, press answer/ok and then send 1 to confirm
- Customer sends 1 to confirm the tariff plan migration process by pressing answer/ok/reply (depending on the handset)
- Then get the following reply for successful migration Request successful
Now, Customer started enjoying changed tariff plan and other package benefits immediately after getting the above confirmation USSD message.
