Robi Axiata Limited has enhanced its services in Chittagong region by improving its network and customer services. This was stated by Managing Director & CEO of Robi Michael Kuehner in Chittagong on Thursday evening.
Speaking at a stakeholder relationship event in the port city the Robi CEO cited substantial increase in BTS and customer service points throughout the Chittagong region besides offering wide range of value added services. He also mentioned that Chittagong region remains as the center point of Robi’s operation and growth. The biggest segment of Robi’s customers is in the region which is 53% of its total in the country. Robi has 84% geographical coverage and 95% population coverage in the region, he added.
The program was attended by heads of different corporate organizations and leading personalities in the port city. Editors and senior journalists of the local media were also present.
Among others from Robi Chief Human Resources Officer Matiul Islam Nowshad, Chief Financial Officer Mahtabuddin Ahmed, Chief Strategy Officer Yoshishige Hasegawa and Chief Technical Officer A.K.M Morshed were also present.The program was rounded off with a cultural program.
